Welcome to the Campasun Le Clos du Pin campsite, located in the heart of the beautiful Grand-Bornand valley, in Haute-Savoie! We are delighted to welcome you in this exceptional setting, surrounded by breathtaking alpine landscapes. Whether you are here to enjoy the many outdoor activities, Savoyard specialties or just relax in the fresh air, everything is brought together to make your stay unforgettable. Your stay at our campsite : some information you need to know
Our mission is to satisfy you. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, you will find below some useful information on the operation of our campsite.
- Reception: open every day from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm.
- Reservations of bread and pastries the day before for the next day from 8:30 to 18:00 at the reception.
- Caravan inventory: upon arrival, you must check the inventory of your rental and hand it over to the reception within 24 hours.
- Rental options: refrigerators, bedsheets, toiletries (towels and mats), baby kit (bed and chair).
- Maintenance: a technical problem? Inform the reception.
- Visitors: Visitors must leave their vehicles outside (on the parking lot along the pond) and pay the fees.
- Check-out of rental accommodation: no later than 10am. Please make an appointment 48 hours before you leave to have your rental accommodation checked on the day of departure. If the state of cleanliness is dissatisfying, we will deduct cleaning costs from your deposit (from €70 to €100, depending on the accommodation).
- Pitch departure: your pitch must be vacated before 12 noon.
- Communal toilet(s): accessible 24 hours a day
- ?? Please note that dogs are not allowed in our trailers. However, if you stay on a pitch (tent, camper, caravan) you can come with your 4-legged friend.
PLEASE NOTE:
- ? Free shuttles pass by the campsite to take you to the village of Le Grand-Bornand.
- ❄️ Winter snow tire equipment required
Our facilities for a successful holiday
During your stay, take advantage of our facilities to spend pleasant moments with friends or family:
Sauna and Nordic bath: during your stay, you can enjoy our sauna and Nordic bath (in July and August & from December to March)
Inflatable cow for children (3 to 14 years)
Table tennis for competitions with two or more.
Boulodrome to add a little competition within your holiday.
Fishing: if you have a fishing license, you can fish on the edge of our campsite (we do not lend equipment, you must have your equipment)
⚠️ Warning: in winter and depending on the weather, some infrastructure is not accessible.
Do you need to provide your own equipment? No. You will find at the reception of boules, ping-pong rackets… available for free (within the limits of stocks and during opening hours).

Where to eat during your stay?
Restaurants in the Grand-Bornand
What if you took advantage of a walk in the town to have lunch or dinner in a restaurant? It is the best way to try out local and seasonal dishes.

Supermarkets in the area
To do your shopping and enjoy your platters or Savoyard dishes you can do your shopping at SPAR (102 Rte de Villavit, 74450 Le Grand-Bornand). You can find all the good addresses for food (supermarkets, wine cellars, bakeries…) on the site of Grand-Bornand.

Activities and excursions near the campsite
During your stay, you will probably want to discover our beautiful region, with snowy landscapes in winter and green meadows in summer. Between the breathtaking views, activities in nature (hiking, snowshoeing, ski slopes, ski de fond, paragliding…) or sightseeing, you will surely find your happiness. Therefore, take a look at:

How to get to the ski slopes?
A free shuttle passes in front of our campsite Le Clos du Pin au Grand-Bornand, this one drops you off in the village centre. Then you have two options.
1️⃣ Take the gondola
From the village, you have the possibility to take the cable cars that will go up to Chinaillon (1300 meters). It is from there that you can practice leisure skiing (see the rates at the cash desk or on the site of the Grand-Bornand).
2️⃣ Take a free shuttle
From the village, you have the possibility to take a second free shuttle that will bring you towards Le Chinaillon.
⛷️ You also have the possibility to ski in nearby resorts, such as Manigod or La Clusaz.

Nice walk with the children in the sun and cool. Departure Route de Nant Robert.
Loop by the Confins from the Clusaz

A 14.19 km course, intermediate level. Start of the course in front of the Bossonnet chairlift window.
Clef des Annes, Lac Maroly et Lac de la Cour

Loop of 11.77 kilometers, with an intermediate level. To get to the start of Chinaillon, continue towards the Col de la Colombière.
Lac de Lessy depuis Cullaz
⏱️: 05h10
Intermediate level 9.51 km hike. Starting from the Grand Bornand, take the road to the Col de la Colombière du Chinaillon.
Col des Annes
⏱️: 06h00
Hike of 12.15 kilometers, difficult level. Join the terminus of line G, it is the Auberge Nordique de Lormay, by shuttle from the station of Grand-Bornand.
Electric vehicles: where to find charging points?
It is forbidden to charge your vehicle on the campsite.
Electric cars cannot be charged on the electric boxes or on the connections of rental accommodation. The power is not sufficient.
To load your vehicles, terminals are installed in the village of Grand-Bornand 800 meters from the campsite.
